Maple Candy is produced by further reducing Maple Syrup until 98% of the water is removed. During the cooling of the hot syrup (245 degrees) it is stirred until the sugar crystals come out of solution and into concentration. It is then carefully, and quickly, poured into candy molds.
One lump or two? Not only a natural sweet treat but a great coffee sweetener substitute.
